We invite experienced clinicians to express their interest in joining our team as expert witnesses. Expert witnesses provide essential, impartial expertise to the legal system, clarifying specialised areas for the court.

Key qualifications for this role include:

• Current registration with NMC or HCPC.

• A minimum of eight years of post-graduate experience.

• The ability to manage a clinical role while preparing expert reports.

• Skills in holistic client assessments and fulfilling legal instructions.

• Experience in preparing clinical reports based on professional recommendations.

• Capability to oversee cases from initiation to completion, including:

• Reviewing evidence and documentation.

• Responding to enquiries from legal professionals.

• Attending case conferences and joint expert meetings.

• Providing oral evidence in court if necessary.
